Neues "altes" Bild - New "old" painting....

... ich weiß nicht, wie viele Jahre dieses Bild bereits unvollendet in meinem Arbeitszimmer steht; nun habe ich es überarbeitet und für meine aktuelle Ausstellung in Lüneburg endlich, endlich einmal beendet (aufgrund der irisierenden Farben ist die Wiedergabe leider nicht exakt):
... I do not know exactly for how many years this work remained unfinished somewhere in my working space; now - on the occassion of my actual exhibition in Lüneburg - I finally, finally completed it (due to the shining colours, the photos do not exactly show the original quality)

... habe mich über die spontane Einladung hierzu von Frau Kruse, Modecafé Aust, sehr gefreut! Unverhofft kommt oft, wie es so schön heißt. Freue mich über jede Ausstellungsmöglichkeit. Und natürlich immer auch über Feedback, ob es klappt, oder nicht (bei Anfragen) . Denn - nichts für ungut - man freut sich ja auch drauf!

Goldhase - Golden chocolate bunny

...es war eine kleine Herausforderung, die Goldfolie zu malen - aber es hat dann doch geklappt. Als Belohnung wartete das Modell dann als solches. Sehr lecker....

...painting the gold foil was quite a challenge - finally it worked. After the successful finish it was a real pleasure to eat the model afterwards ;-)

Schokokuss - Chocolate foam kiss

... es war gar nicht so leicht, die korrekte Übersetzung für den allseits so beliebten Schokokuss zu finden - aber ein Aufruf der "Dickmann"-Seite brachte dann Klarheit/.... it was not easy to find the correct translation for this famous sweet; after visiting the website of the manufacturer it was a bit easier :-D
